Your field of responsibility
  • You will deliver top service to our External Asset Managers and end clients, ensure smooth execution and act as sparring partner and coordinator to enable our EAMs in Latin America to further develop their business
  • You will act as a centre of competence and interact daily with our EAMs as well as coordi-nate with our bank-internal specialists (product, credit, risk, legal)
  • You will ensure an efficient and high quality service delivery to our EAMs and effective col-laboration with internal EAM Developers and Investment Advisors
  • You will handle complex client onboarding, transactions and client projects
  • You ensure full oversight on client book, bring a high level of risk awareness and manage respective risks effectively

Your skills and experience


Credit Suisse is looking for motivated, involved, flexible candidate who enjoys teamwork in a fast moving banking environment. If your profile corresponds to the below, join us:

  • At least 3 - 5 years of working experience within Private Banking or EAM function
  • High client- and service-orientation as well as outstanding communication skills
  • Excellent interpersonal skills combined with the drive to continuously develop yourself and your working environment
  • Attention to detail, structured approach and high motivation to deliver by being a trusted fa-cilitator, coordinator and reliable partner
  • Strong ability to cope with pressure and a high level of flexibility with high motivation to work independently and proactively
  • Dedicated to take responsibility to maintain highest standards with respect to our risk and control culture and in order to meet bank’s policies and obligations
  • You are SAQ certified or willing to obtain the certificate
  • Fluency in English and Spanish; German would be an asset
  • Position is based in Zurich with occasional trips to the LatAm region
