Your field of responsibility


You will support our team of Relationship Managers who service sophisticated Italian HNWI and UHNWI clients in Lugano. You have oversight of complex account openings (e.g. domiciliary companies, trusts, foundations) and execution of all tasks and processes in the life cycle of a private banking account. You will assist in delivering tailor-made advice and services to clients from the whole service and product offering. You will gain insights into supporting client pitches and deals for sophisticated clients. Additional tasks include handling of securities and foreign exchange transactions, exposure to derivatives, liquidity management and credit issues. You will have daily contact with internal bank specialists and be responsible for troubleshooting issues relating to client relationships. You will deliver a top service to our clients to facilitate Relationship Managers in further developing their business.

Your skills and experience


You’ll be a good match if you have:

  • University degree or equivalent education
  • At least 2-3 years of experience in Private Banking
  • Strong client and problem-solving skills with the ability to communicate efficiently at all levels
  • Ability to cope with pressure and a high level of flexibility, responsibility and attention to detail
  • Diligent work approach with respect for our risk and control obligations
  • Fluency in Italian and English
  • Dedication to fostering an inclusive culture and value diverse perspectives
