Job DescriptionHelp us creating a long-lasting client relationshipThe Global Account Manager has a key role within our client relationship and business development strategy, acting as a Deloitte ambassador and reaching out to our clients to build and maintain sustainable and successful client relationships. In this role you will get the opportunity to work with the Deloitte global account leadership for luxury industry to develop and execute the account strategy, client campaigns and business planning activities for priority markets. You will lead account management activities and enabling the team including financial reporting, opportunity management, value measurement, marketing, communications, and compliance. You will be interacting with procurement organisation and overseeing contractual and commercial negotiations.How You Can Make An Impact
  • You get the chance to orchestrate the overall global business to business relationship between Deloitte and the account
  • You will be providing a distinct client experience, acting as an escalation and feedback channel, providing prompt resolutions to issues, identifying anticipated challenges and addressing proactively where possible as well as contributing to client feedback processes
  • You liaise with clients Procurement organisation on the Deloitte relationship and ongoing engagements, compliance and relationship obligations, contractual and commercial negotiations, in alignment with the Global Account Partners
  • You understand emerging client priorities and facilitate awareness of relevant Deloitte team and expertise
  • You will act as the account COO, bringing the best of Deloitte to our strategic priority clients, provide financial oversight and support the development and execution of the strategic plan


Who we are looking for
  • Professional Service Experience
  • Relevant industry experience and network in luxury, with a focus on digital and/ or ESG
  • Strong leadership, communication, sales & marketing, interpersonal and networking skills and proven experience in overseeing complex and global relationships and account portfolios
  • Proactive attitude to actively drive new initiatives to increase the collaboration across the Global Account Partners in order to facilitate new opportunities identification
  • Lateral thinker who can problem solve and initiate actions even with limited information with s trong analytical skills combined with high quality assurance standards and attention to detail
  • Fluency in French and English, to be based primarily in Geneva with some national and international travel

The CAM / CRE is an essential global account team leader who will work alongside the Global Lead Client Service Partner (GLCSP) and Client account leadership team to execute the Deloitte growth strategy, by driving connections between people, sharing insights and solutions across the global firm and bringing relevant information to the client.
