Are you a people person? Do you know how to stay calm under pressure? We are looking for someone who can help us support the front office while servicing clients.

You will:
  • support Client Account Managers, Relationship Managers and Investment Advisors in their daily client business
  • specialist in processes (e.g. Remote Onboarding, Individuals and Corporate Onboardings across LATAM)
  • be the point of entry for processing client orders such as account openings and account maintenance
  • review incoming documents for clients according to internal and external regulations
  • assist in all administrative tasks and organizational matters in relation to client’s general inquires and to their investments and operational aspects
  • keep in contact with internal and external clients
Description du profil

  • banking experience (apprenticeship and/or banking traineeship) or proven experience in client service (e.g. commercial apprenticeship)
  • curious, eager to learn, able to self-develop and to critically self-evaluate
  • interest in banking regulations and willingness to study such and apply day-to-day
  • excellent organization and communication skills to deliver a high level of service quality
  • fluent in Spanish and English (both speaking and writing); knowledge of German is an advantage
  • a highly motivated team player with a sense of responsibility and the ability to easily adapt to a challenging environment
  • a detail-oriented and reliable person
  • able to work accurately and efficiently under pressure and the attitude to do things right the first time
