Your role

We’re looking for a Client Service Specialist to:

  • execute the processes and controls you are responsible for within the client offboarding (account closure/ offboarding) in a timely and accurate manner
  • act as a Special Matter Expert (SME) in all offboarding related aspects
  • work in a developing area; expanding existing services with ongoing projects (e.g. interact directly with the client, placement of security orders etc. )
  • be a role model for the organizations` principles and behaviors
  • work across teams and functions to offer a very best last experience for our clients

Your team

You’ll be working in the Client Offboarding team in Opfikon. We work closely with front and back office colleagues globally to manage a smooth and straight forward client offboarding. Our key objective is to deliver excellent client services with continuous improvement on process efficiency and risk control. Diversity helps us grow, together. Your expertise

  • interested in digitalization and have an affinity for technology
  • ability to think creatively, flexibly and logically to solve problems and have the willingness to exceed expectations
  • have a banking background
  • always question the status quo
  • fluent in English and German
