Your role

Do you enjoy working with experienced client service managers? Are you interested in working with institutional clients?

We’re looking for to:

  • Supporting the Client Service Team and Client Relationship Managers in the onboarding, lifecycle management and offboarding of customer mandates processes
  • Verifying, checking and confirming client billings and client reports
  • Verifying the regulatory necessary measures of contractually relevant documents
  • Support for coordination and questions regarding legal, compliance, operations and tax

Your team

You will work in the Client Service Team within Institutional Client Coverage Switzerland in Zurich. We are a dedicated and well-coordinated team with an open corporate culture that values the contribution of each individual and motivates them to take the initiative.

Your expertise

  • Resilient and experience with administrative work
  • A positive thinking person with persuasive power
  • Well organized with good time management
  • Very good knowledge of MS Office
  • Good knowledge of German and English
