For a project at our client‘s site, an international bank based in Zurich, we are looking for an experienced

Client Services Manager - Banking

Please be aware that this is a role within a sensitive environment. You will have to undergo a background screening, which takes some additional time. We, therefore, prefer local candidates.

In this role you will closely collaborate with and provide support to Senior Relationship Managers focusing on French speaking markets.


Your Qualifications:
  • 3+ years’ experience working with clients within the areas of Compliance, Business Risk Management and/or Legal or similar
  • Banking apprenticeship with further education or a completed university degree
  • Good understanding of the book of work of a Client Manager / ARM within the banking industry
  • Solid understanding of banking processes / systems which are relevant within the area of Client Management
  • Problem-solver with a keen appreciation for the importance of Compliance and Risk topics
  • Strong communication and organization skills and a mature mindset with the ability to deliver an outstanding customer service experience
  • Proven self-starter and entrepreneurial thinker who proactively challenges status-quo whilst being willing to cooperate in a highly competitive area
  • Fluent in English, French language skills are highly desirable

Your Responsibilities:
  • Close collaboration with and support of Senior Relationship Managers who service sophisticated U/HNWI client relationships
  • Oversight of intricate account openings such as domiciliary companies, trusts and foundations
  • Execution of all processes related to a private banking account’s life cycle
  • Handling of securities and foreign exchange transactions with an exposure to derivatives, liquidity management, credit issues and all administrative tasks along the client life cycle
