Your teamPictet Asset Services provides custody, fund services and trading solutions for external asset managers, fund managers and institutional clients. We manage every aspect of the asset servicing value chain and our range of bespoke solutions include value-adding analytics, trading strategy support and digital front-end interfaces designed to provide an unrivalled customer experience.The Client Support Officer (CSO) aligns with the strategic objectives of the business line and works hand in hand with group functions and technical specialists to present a truly best in class client experience.Your role
  • Provide daily, high quality operational support to Asset Managers appointed by clients.
  • Set up operational relationships at account inception / prior to fund’s launching (through an operating memorandum), while working with business implementation teams.
  • Ensure that all operations queries are promptly resolved, issues are fixed, solutions are found.
  • Manage daily operations such as payments, cash management & cash sweeping, segregated account opening and routine controls.
  • Set up access to Pictet’s online banking solution “Pictet Connect” with end-user accounts validated.
  • Support the process of opening segregated accounts with associated controls and nuances for end beneficiary markets.
  • Work closely with all the Group’s operational teams and functional divisions.
  • Present Pictet during Service Review Meeting with Asset Managers.
  • Ensure that operational documents (operating memorandum, internal procedures and internal checklists) are in place, applied and up-to-date.
Your profile
  • Excellent knowledge of asset servicing (custodian bank/investment funds), of operational flows as well as experience of client-facing activity (min 5 years).
  • Stress resistant in a deadline driven role requiring structured thinking and the ability to manage multiple priorities by gauging operational impacts, complexity and risk.
  • A client oriented approach coupled with an ability to manage sensitive situations that may require both a sense of diplomacy and technical expertise.
  • Strong client orientation and ability to build strong partnerships with internal and external stakeholders.
  • Keen sense of initiative, able to analyse in-depth sensitive situations & to propose solutions, to closely follow-up the implementation of decisions to ensure that issues are resolved promptly.
  • Open-minded with a critical approach to suggest improvements, brainstorming, and continued pursuit of efficiency.
  • Good compliance knowledge and strong risk-management awareness.
  • Team spirit, with good communication skills, solidarity, and ability to share and take feedback.
  • Fluent English and French mandatory, German a strong asset.
  • Expert user of MS Office and banking systems.
  • The chosen candidate must be resident in Switzerland.
