In order to strengthen the sales team in our prestigious boutique in Geneva, we are currently recruiting a

Client Welcome Coordinator

Fixed-term contract (2 months)

Reporting to the Store Manager, your role is to support the team in welcoming clients during the summer period.

Accountabilities

  • Welcoming Clients
  • Traffic management
  • Assist team with daily duties
  • Answering Incoming calls
  • Preparation of the sales points
  • Tailor-made services VIP customers
  • Refreshment service
  • Administrative support to store
  • Receipt of VIP deliveries

Qualifications/Professional Capabilities

  • Student in progress or at the end of a bachelor’s degree
  • Natural affinity with luxury
  • Comfortable with modern IT tools
  • Fluent in English, French, and another language is a plus
  • Available in July and August or August and September 2023

Customer oriented and precise, you are organized and able to deliver a high quality of service with attention to detail.
