Assignment: Contract Clinical Operations Coordinator

Hours: 1 FTE

Duration: 12 months

Location: Basel, Switzerland

Our client is an a biotech who harness ideas to solve some of the most challenging therapeutic questions. They have recently ahieved FDA and PMDA approval for two of their compounds. One of the compounds findings were published in the Lancet, and are now are sourcing a Contract Clinical Operations Coordinator for a 12 month contract.

Assignment Detail:

This is a hands-on position where you will assist the clinical operations team in the operational management and oversight of clinical trials, during set-up, conduct and until archiving, for an assigned trial.

Resspnsibilities:

Function as a Study Owner in the eTMF when required

Support the Clinical Trial Teams, including the Global Strategic Sourcing Group as needed (e.g. Issuing of confidentiality agreements (CDAs), contracts execution and shipment, issuing of change orders, Resource Request management, coordination of the providers contracts, processing of invoices in the system)

Coordinate the delivery and inventory of study related non-clinical supplies (ordering,

distribution, tracking, expiry dates management, resupplies)

Coordinate site contracts finalization and execution

Some travel is required for the assignment

Requirements

clinical research experience

Organised and results driven

Troubleshooting experience t find workable solutions to implement team decisions

Strong computer skills, including proficiency in Microsoft (MS)-based applications (e.g.,

Word, Excel, and PowerPoint)
