You’ll be a key player in our Cloud transformation, that is in progress. With sharp mind and innovating idea, to adapt to the business need while optimizing the infrastructure with concept like non-persistent, floating pool, image management, application, and vitalization, benefiting of the maximum elasticity of the cloud capability.

Working within a product-based framework you will have to develop, engineer, and maintain the different virtual desktop environment products such as Citrix cloud, WEM, Fslogix, virtual App, Nvidia Gpu management, …

Our production environments integrate concepts such as infrastructure-as-code (IAC) with terraform and end-to-end automation with Packer and Ansible. You will be asked to challenge the status quo and improve the current solution. The Cloud Citrix engineer will also be one of the main points of contact to receive new requirements of our clients and you will analyze and integrate them in the product roadmaps together with the product owner. Finally, you will continuously evolve the standards & procedures for the operational team, to deploy and operate the Citrix products in an efficient and quality-oriented way.

HOW WILL YOU MAKE AN IMPACT?

Your Main Responsibilities Will Be To

  • Take in charge of many Citrix use cases around the world, you will be asked to participate in the evaluation and propose evolutions of the architecture
  • Be the interface between architect and operations and guarantee the quality of new workload
  • Proactively put in place quality KPI and Monitoring/alarming with our monitoring Team to ensure maximum quality and awareness.
  • Maintain the gold Images automation using automation and automation as code

HOW WILL YOU EXPERIENCE SUCESS WITH US?

We will look for these following skills to be successful in the role:
  • Proven experience in administration of Citrix systems and Virtualization technology in a large-scale infrastructure.
  • Deep understanding of Windows User workspace environment (profile management, user setting etc ….)
  • Deep understanding of Windows setting (Gpo, registry, services, etc ….)
  • Comfortable in printing setups in virtualized environments. Experience in Tricerat and ThinPrint is a plus.
  • Familiar with virtualisation and cloud environment like VMware, AHV, Hyper-V, AWS, GCP, Alibaba cloud, Azure.
  • Strong knowledge of security standards, SSL certificates management, cyphers, authentication method, application behavior.
  • Comfortable and confident when speaking with clients as a technical expert. Able to translate technical concepts into simple terminology for clients having different levels of technical background
  • Ability to lead and complete projects independently, as well as be able to delegate tasks to others. Be proactive and manage expectations. Adjust to shifting priorities in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.
  • Demonstrated ability to develop and manage effective working relationships within an organization and across multiple clients and/or stakeholders.
  • Demonstrated experience in performance troubleshooting in complex environment.
  • Being a technical Leader and reference for the operational Team to ensure constant training and skills re-enforcement
