Are you a talented Cloud Engineer, or are you aiming to be one?

Can you demonstrate that you have experience working in a Linux environment?

If so then you could be perfect for my client.

The Role:

In the Cloud Engineer role, you’ll report to the CTO and will be primarily responsible for working on and enhancing their specific framework for customers.

Specifically, you’ll be tasked with configuring, testing, rolling out and automating cloud-based Linux systems with terraform and puppet.

You’ll also be tasked with ensuring a secure, reliable, performant and cost optimised infrastructure.

This position is based in the company’s Basel office, so please ensure that’s within a reasonable commutable distance for you before you apply.

The Candidate:

To be the right person for the Cloud Engineer role you will need direct experience working in a Linux environment.

We also need you to have prior experience with GCP or AWS and puppet, ansible or terraform.

It’s important that you have at least 2 years of experience using Linux and experience in configuring, deploying, and running virtualized infrastructures, and you will need to be able to speak and write in English (b2 minimum level that will be accepted).

The Package:

The basic salary for the Cloud Engineer role is between CHF90,000 - CHF110,000 per annum.
