With services covering the full cloud infrastructure spectrum - from fast deploying virtual machines to S3 compatible object storage - Exoscale provides a simple and scalable experience in order to let its clients focus on their core business.As part of its current European expansion as well as in order to provide best in class services and experience to its growing customers, Exoscale is recruiting a Cloud Support Technician to reinforce its support team from headquarter offices in Lausanne or remote in Europe.Work Location: Lausanne or remote in Switzerland/ EuropeSome Of The Challenges You Will Be Working On

• Act as a first point of contact for technical and account administration related topics
• Establish initial diagnosis
• Prioritize, filter incidents and requests using our ticketing system
• Guide clients through corrective steps, escalate to the next support level when necessary
• Answer to ‘how to’ questions
• Provide high-quality technical support

Ideal Candidates

• Have basic experience with Linux and are familiar with CLI
• Have basic understanding of cloud concepts
• Have empathy and good communication skills
• Are Comfortable with English and French (German or Italian is a plus)
• Are curious, autonomous, and embrace learning new things everyday
• Are team players and are comfortable working in a distributed team
