This role will be based in either our Zug, Switzerland or Amsterdam, Netherlands site. You must have local or EU work authorization in order to be considered for the role.

Role and Company Overview

We are currently searching for a CMC Senior Project Manager and a Project Manager to work with all functional leads to project manage assigned projects in the Covis Pharma portfolio, this includes working with third party providers for each project. Projects may include but are not limited to technology transfer projects, product development, process validation, clinical studies, technical support and optimization projects at external CMOs and production of clinical trial material.

WHAT YOU CAN EXPECT TO DO IN THE ROLE:

Reporting to the Senior Director, Project Management you define the scope of the project in collaboration with relevant functional heads. You lead proactive risk and mitigation planning to achieve project deliverables. You manage and develop integrated development project plans including milestones, timelines, resources, and budgets. You execute the plan with project lead/sponsor according to the agreed project plan. You monitor the progress of the project and adjust as necessary to ensure the successful completion of the project. You establish a communication schedule to update stakeholders including appropriate staff in the organization on the progress of the project. You review the quality of the work completed with the project team on a regular basis to ensure that it meets the project standards. You coordinate and, as appropriate, author or review project documentation. You successfully manage all team members and external CMO/CROs for the timely execution of activities related to the assigned projects. You create and monitor KPIs for the team to ensure success. Lastly, you assist in launch readiness activities in close collaboration with QA, Regulatory and Supply Chain as appropriate.

FOR THIS ROLE YOU WILL NEED:

· A minimum of a BS in pharmacy, chemistry, related field or equivalent.

· 10 years of experience in the pharmaceutical industry.

· 5+ years of project management experience within a Pharma organization.

· Previous experience in a technical function within a pharmaceutical organization.

· Broad understanding of all aspects of CMC including process development, regulatory and quality requirements, analytical development, formulation, and drug product technologies.

· Working knowledge of project management processes and appropriate tools.

· Previously worked in a cross functional setting and with third parties.

· Demonstrated leadership skills in working with cross functional teams.

· Solid experience in developing and implementing robust project plans for success.

· Outstanding planning, communication, collaboration and influencing skills.
