Position Summary

As a CMI Associate, you will lead the discovery of consumer, cultural, category and competitive insights to identify opportunities and inspire product renovation, communication strategy and ideas across media touchpoints and packaging, for CPW Global brands and/or the CPW Portfolio communication. In this role you will be working on Direct to Consumer initiatives, e-commerce insights and support the relevant brand teams, while interacting with cross functional teams and advertising agency.

A day in the life of a CMI Associate Manager

  • Leverages all digital consumer data - DTC, eCommerce, Media - to create a picture of consumers that allows us to develop strategies and action to create lifetime loyalty
  • Contribute to a system for aggregating, filtering and synthesizing relevant consumer learning from multiple sources (customer research, trends, social media listening insights, etc.)
  • Develop and utilize tools,
  • Participate, lead, and influence team discussions to bring the voice of the consumer into
  • Work with the brand team to develop a pipeline of ideas through identifying opportunities, contributing creatively, through new product
  • Develop and practice digital research tools and methodologies, become a leader for developing DTC data and insights management
What will make you successful

  • University degree or equivalent
  • 5 years minimum in a Consumer & Market insights role, preferably with exposure in e-commerce, Direct to Consumer data & insights management will be a plus
  • Strong FMCG background working on the client side, marketing, and advertising development experience, or agency experience with brand building and innovation exposure
  • Ability to bring consumer insights into the team and effectively recommend how the business should apply the insights
  • Experience in digital research and analytics
  • Work across cultures and be highly adaptive to different working styles
