About The Company:
We Indian Cobbler Switzerland a bridge brand founded in September 2021 Currently into Leather bags soon adding apparel segment to the brand.
already boarded on Zalando Switzerland and Germany, Usa, Canada market on faire.com with 31 million potential customers with 26.4 million annual orders.
Currently we are having 3 pop up/ department stores including Canton of Aargau and Zurich.
target is to add 20 more department stores before end of year.

As we aim to enter the next phase of growth, We’re looking for a tech/marketing/sales/operations/design/content expert as a co-founder to join our startup team with investment.

About The Role
We have three types of profiles for the founding team members. You may apply as per your interest and capacity:

• Full-time on-site working profile: Only candidates who live in Switzerland or are ready to relocate to Switzerland would be considered for this type of profile. Responsibilities will be assigned according to your expertise. Additional equity will be offered to you depending on the value you add to the project.

• Part-time/full-time remote working profile: Candidates with experience in specific skills like UI/UX designing, digital marketing, etc. can be considered for this work profile irrespective of their location. Additional equity will be offered to you depending on the value you add to the project.

• Investor-only profile: People willing to join this venture but not having relevant work experience or are unable to devote time may choose to be the investing partner. Equity will be offered with respect to the amount invested.

A minimum investment of CHF 50 K is mandatory for all profiles.

Who Should Apply:
If you have a prior experience with startups, it’s good but not mandatory.
You must have experience in any of the following:

• Brand Management (Highly Preferred)
• Sales and business development
• Digital Marketing
• UI/UX Designing
• Fashion Designing
• Fund Raising
• Content Creation (Blog, Videos, Social Media Posts, etc.)


You Are A Great Fit, If You Have:
• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Technology/Business Management/Mass Communication/Designing
or any other relevant degree in a professional stream
• Understanding of how startups function and grow.
• Entrepreneurial Mindset and Hunger for doing something bigger
• High proficiency in both written and spoken English ,German or any of Swiss official Language

Remuneration:
• This is an equity-based profile with revenue sharing and salary would be provided once we start generating optimum revenue.
• We would be deciding equity as per your experience, areas of functions, roles & responsibilities, and the value you bring.
