WHO YOU ARE

We are looking for a proactive, well-organised co-worker who enjoys working in a fast-paced environment. You are passionate about stock accuracy and understand how essential it is to have our products available in the right place at the right time in order to create a successful shopping experience for our customers.
  • You are skilled in retail and/or logistics processes, tools & working methods.
  • You know how to operate forklifts safely and efficiently and ideally hold a forklift license.
  • You enjoy working with logistics in a fast-paced and constantly changing retail environment.
  • You are self-disciplined, flexible and enjoy working as a team.
  • You are open-minded, communicative and have a friendly manner that helps to promote a positive collaboration with your colleagues.
  • You are willing to work early or late shifts.

YOUR RESPONSIBILITIES

  • Work according to set routines to secure an accurate inventory and product availability for the customers
  • Work in a team with your colleagues to ensure that the store is well stocked, in perfect condition and ready for our customers.
  • Work carefully to guarantee the safety and protection of customers and colleagues in your area of responsibility.
  • Share your knowledge and skills to support colleagues in the department and other areas of the store.
  • Be available to support colleagues in the department and other areas of the store when required.

We’re the team behind the scenes that make the IKEA products available to the many people. As a diverse mix of co-workers we use our supply process expertise to balance range and space capacity with forecasting and ordering to provide customers with high availability while minimizing costs. If you’ve wonder who’s responsible for finding effective and efficient ways of picking up the products for our customers, that’s us. We’re passionate about working together to improve the customer experience at IKEA!

It is important that you don’t mind working early in the morning and that you have a car or public transport available to get to work early in the morning - your working day starts at 04:00/05:00 and you work regularly on Saturdays.
