Job purpose
  • Enables the Business Unit (BU) to focus on business-relevant topics by providing competent & timely support on administrative & operational tasks
  • Supports the BU in managing commercial projects for the assigned therapeutic area under the supervision of the project owner
  • Supports the BU in meeting process standards and requirements for all marketing projects

Job responsibilities
  • Manages assigned projects in the BU under the guidance and supervision of the project owner, e.g. development of sales materials, marketing campaigns etc.
  • Handles end-to-end payment processes to suppliers/service providers via electronic data processing systems such as eMP/Ariba, HPR or Manual Bank Payment
  • Supports creation, renewal or cancellation of contracts for certain events and archiving of contracts
  • Manages the lifecycle of promotional materials including annual revision according to HCBI and regulatory regulation
  • Supports team document management, knowledge storage and records retention management processes
  • Owns budget controlling processes of the BU in collaboration with finance
  • Supports planning and execution of commercial events, such as internal training meetings, congresses, and proactive customer events
  • Collaboration with Associate Network is expected for projects & leave coverage and to balance peak workload across Business Units
  • Facilitates onboarding of new BU team members
  • Acts as Super User or Process Champion for one of the supported systems or processes (Concur, eMP, HPR, iCD, MBP, JJAR...)
  • Accountable for full compliance and activities with laws, J&J regulations and HCBI principles. Role models JNJ Credo

Professional
  • Commercial Education
  • Relevant professional working experience in marketing considered an advantage
  • Understanding of the Healthcare environment and pharmaceutical industry
  • Project Management Skills
  • Fluency in English and German required, French considered an advantage
