Your Opportunity at Franke:

As part of our Graduate and Early Career Program (GEC), this newly established role allows you to work closely with the Commercial Excellence, Sales and Marketing DACH teams. You will have the opportunity to make a real impact on our business at Franke Home Solutions DACH.

We are looking for a highly motivated colleague with an agile mindset to become part of our Commercial Excellenceteam based in Aarburg, Switzerland or Bad Säckingen, Germany. Your supervisor will be the Director Commercial Excellence DACH.

Your Key Project and Responsibilities:

• Key enabler to implement the DACH cluster strategy and vision
• Implement a new pricing concept (new rebate and bonus structure, performanceoriented incentive schemes, ERP implementation)
• Develop and implement new G2M strategies (country and sales channel strategies)
• Develop and implement new Marketing strategy (End-2-End customer journey analysis, customer interactions points, POS marketing assets, digital tools)
• Implement Digital strategy (Online offering, digital tools and processes, Master Data Management)

Your Profile Requirements:

• You have completed your master’s degree in Business Administration or Economics and
• You gained your first (1-2 years) working experience in consulting, project management or a similar industry (Consumer Goods or FMCG)
• Languages: Fluent in English & German (written and spoken) are a prerequisite
• You demonstrate genuine interest in our business and are eager to discover and learn about different functions and roles within Franke
• Strong interpersonal, collaboration and communication skills
• You are a team player and an agile learner
• You are willing to push yourself out of your comfort zone
• Excited about being part of a international team and turning your ideas into action
• Proactive and committed mindset
