Main duties

Goals:
  • Support a successful delivery of the inaugural Chairman’s Council event to be held in Switzerland in March 2021
  • Coordinate and track the roll-out of the commercial trainings (sales, client care, operations) across the Group

Chairman’s Council tasks
  • Coordinate room details for the participants with the hotel
  • Ensure flights & transfers are arranged for all participants
  • Share information on Covid requirements & arrange for tests upon arrival
  • Manage menu and activity planning for the event

Commercial Training tasks:
  • Support Group teams and countries to manage the roll-out of training modules
  • Establish tracking of completion rates of the training modules

Additional projects: support of Client Care & Operations teams, liaising with HR team for training roll-out

Professional competence

Matura or university degree

Profile

  • Excellent organisational and planning skills.
  • Attention to detail.
  • Strong communication skills – written & verbal.
  • Positive attitude with interest to learn & take on new responsibilities.
  • Ability to influence internally and with external partners.
