Commercial MDR Lead (f/m/x)
Purpose of the job:
Execution of the EU MDR stock swap project to meet MDR timelines whilst protecting customers (OTIF/LIFR) and cost to the business (Scrap, CAPEX and Cost). Scope is all European stock and assets.
Your Tasks:
  • Accountable for ensuring local commercial teams are informed on MDR challenge and of the stock swap plan
  • Work together with regional and cluster commercial teams to proactively manage any MDR actions and communication with customers
  • Work with regional and cluster teams to minimize impact of commercial decisions about loans and consignments on MDR
  • Work with project team to develop concept for managing consignment returns after May 2025
  • Interface with Horizon team to expose risks from that project on MDR stock swap and business continuity
  • For each product line, set minimum expected ROI
  • Develop standard process for new and existing business ROI assessment and review process to see if new/existing business is meeting targets
  • Work with supply chain to develop standard BI interface for commercial to review Asset Management progress
  • Create a management review process as part of Demand Review to ensure ongoing asset management and forecasting of capital item requirements
Our Requirements for this role:
  • 5 years’ experience in commercial financial or supply chain
  • Must be self-directed, with the ability to respond to the challenge of resolving day-to-day problems, as well as comprehensive issues by providing long-term solutions through risk management and strategic change programmes.
  • Strong communication skills (english),
  • Understanding of commercial priorities and sense of urgency
  • Accountability as a second nature and driven by the results
  • Strong Analytical skills
  • Ability to comprehend complex financial models
