Commercial Systems Coordination Intern

We are looking for you

• Currently studying for your Master’s degree in Statistics, Computer Science, Engineering or Business Management.
• You have a solid knowledge of Microsoft Share Point and Teams and are ready to create an intuitive interface used every day by our sales force.
• Proactive mindset with high interest in project management and digital environment
• Analytical mind with good attention to details
• Strong communication skills
• Open-minded, collaborative, and agile
• Fluent in both written and spoken English and either French or German
  

If you are strong team player, result- & solution-oriented and good at dealing with tight deadlines, you are the one we want for our Commercial Systems department in Philip Morris Switzerland Sàrl. – the PMI affiliate for the Swiss Market in Lausanne.

Roles & Objectives

As an intern, you will be a strong contributor to some internal improvement processes, such as the development of a new interface, aimed at sharing information related to monthly and ongoing activities to support our field sales force.

You will be the single point of contact (SPOC) between our Field Force and internal teams such as ours and IT. The systems you will be working on will have to be integrated and supported in PM Switzerland’s IT landscape.

Your main role will be to provide a sales information platform based on Share Point technologies. This platform will be used daily by our entire sales force. It must be intuitive, dynamic, and customizable after its launch.

You will be responsible for current analysis, design, testing, training, and the launch in production. Documentation must be made available for future developments.
