Founded in 1968 as a trading company for Scandinavian laboratory equipment, SKAN is now global market leader in the specialist area of isolator construction for aseptic applications. One of our core competencies is the manufacture of process isolators for pharmaceutical-aseptic production. Even the most complex customer requirements can be fulfilled thanks to the experts at our in-house laboratories who research innovative solutions for isolator technology.

Responsibilities

• Commissioning support and qualification of the systems in-house and at customer’s site
• Installation and functional tests of components and the entire system
• Calibration, adjustment of sensors and ventilation qualification
• Creation of GMP compliant documentation
• Trouble shooting
• Minor mechanical repairs, leak detection on equipment and replacement of components
• Carrying out plant-specific training at customer sites
• Preparation of work-, expense- and other reports
  
  

Hardskills

• Basic education in mechatronics or electrical engineering
• First experience in GMP environment or in pharmaceutical industry
• Basic knowledge in automation (e.g. Siemens, Allen Bradley...)
• Good mechanical understanding
• German and English business fluent
