The Communication Coordinator will be responsible for coordinating all brand communications for Zenith including events, content and PR.

The position will be part of the Marketing team and will require a close collaboration with other team members as well as other departments including sales, the manufacture, products and design, PR agencies and local markets.


Responsibilities:


  • Coordinate the brand guidelines production.
  • Support shooting organization including samples shipping, talent booking and trip organization.
  • Organize agency workshops and visits.
  • Develop print and digital tools to support the brand and products (catalogues, leaflets, trade books…).
  • Support the team in the organization of events including watch fairs, pop-up and roadshows, press trips, brand events.
  • Develop brand presentations.
  • Support in preparation of the press kits
  • Support report analysis on monthly PR coverage and product launch or events or partnerships
  • Coordinate PR samples logistics, gifts and celebration cards
  • Update the communication calendar and coordinate invoicing.


Profile

Master’s or bachelor’s Degree in marketing and Communication, Fashion Management or similar;

French end English fluent

Good knowledge of the digital world and social networks

A first internship in community management / social networks is an asset

Excellent communication, written and presentation skills

Demonstrated creative and strategic mindset

Highly oarganized multi-tasker with a great ability to problem solve

Adobe Photoshop + Microsoft office knowledge

A team-oriented mindset and an ability to relate to others and develop sound relationships
