As the Communications Lead for Marketing & Sales you will be able to apply your global and collaborative mindset and broad communications experience to drive and support transformational change through the development of a professional internal communication strategy and activity plans for the global organization. You will be supporting the Marketing & sales organization in driving organizational awareness of the Voice of the Customer, sharing customer insights, best practices and customer stories. You will work closely with function leads to shape effective leadership communications, and work closely with Marketing & Sales Communications colleagues in Business Units, Regions and countries to ensure shared direction, alignment and consistency.

Your responsibilities

• You lead communications (primarily internally) across Marketing & Sales
• You develop Marketing & Sales internal communications strategic priorities, activity plans and metrics and align across all Marketing & Sales / Marketing Communications to ensure consistent messaging
• You are responsible for Marketing & Sales Executive Communications
• You liaise, collaborate & coordinate with Marketing & Sales / Marketing Communications people in Business Units and regions to ensure alignment
• You analyze, develop, implement and measure Marketing & Sales internal channel strategy
• You apply integrated communications lens (internal/external) when shaping and sharing content, ensuring the right content to the right audiences/stakeholders at the right time
• You provide expertise for internal M&S events (content, flow, structure)
• You work with a strategic mindset and focus on business needs as well as a a quality mindset in planning, execution and measuring communications
• You manage budget allocation & costs by sourcing best offers among approved vendors

Your background

• University degree or equivalent experience in communications or related topics or equivalent professional experience
• A minimum of 10 years of senior professional-level experience in strategic, outcomes and business focused employee communications, plus external or marketing communications experience
• Proven track record in executive and leadership communications
• Experience in marketing & sales communications and in integrated internal/external communications
• Been exposed to and able to work effectively in a global corporate matrix and in an agile set-up
• Proven analytical skills and ability to extract insights from data and the ability to use data to influence direction and activities – combined with a can-do attitude and delivery mindset
• Fluency in English, spoken and written essential
