Your field of responsibility

In this role, you take the responsibility for the research and analysis of the competitive landscape regarding compensation design practices, the preparation of quarterly bonus accruals analysis and presentations, the tracking and analyzing of Executive Board award estimates as well as for the updates to the Compensation Policy and related documents. Furthermore, you prepare presentations and analysis to the Board, Executive Board members, senior management and the Compensation Committee and are involved in preparing the Compensation Report (part of the Annual Report) and Annual General Meeting materials related to compensation. In addition, you take accountability for reviewing media releases from competitors and industry reports on compensation-related topics and integrate Environmental, Social and Governance (ESG) metrics into the compensation framework. As an expert in our team, you also have the opportunity to help train and develop team members in other locations and to participate in ad hoc projects.

Your future colleagues

This is a role in a dynamic environment at the center of firm-wide and executive compensation strategy and decision-making. You will be part of a small team and collaborate with partners across the firm, for example with Group Finance, Media Relations, Investor Relations, Corporate Secretary and General Counsel.

Your skills and experience

We look for passionate professionals with strong quantitative and analytical skills. Additional requirements are
  • A University degree or an equivalent education
  • At least 3 years of experience in compensation, consulting/advisory, finance or corporate strategy
  • Excellent oral and written communication skills in English
  • Proficiency in MS Office (especially Excel and PowerPoint) is expected
  • Ability to grasp new concepts and a curiosity for learning
  • Attention to detail, strong work ethic and an organized approach to managing multiple priorities and tight deadlines
