Job Description


As a Compliance Officer, you will be part of the Legal & Compliance Department and work in the Compliance Advisory team. You will have multiple tasks, which include:

  • Review and drafting of internal guidelines and reports
  • Support and advice to the Front line and Management
  • Delivery of internal training on compliance topics
  • Regulatory watch
  • Review and drafting of country jurisdiction AML assessments
  • Handling counterparties information requests
  • Review and optimization of internal processes
  • Participation in key regulatory projects
  • Quality controls

Qualifications
  • Graduated in Laws (a Certificate in Compliance Management is a very strong asset)
  • Several years in a Compliance or Legal Department in the financial industry
  • Very good writing skills and communication
  • Excellent command of English and French
  • Analytical and methodological approach
  • Ability to summarize
  • Strong team player who enjoys working in multicultural, dynamic, technological and international environment
