Job Description

• Analyse des risques Compliance en Wealth et Asset Management
• Ouverture de comptes de clientèle privée
• Revue des transactions à risque
• Proposition pour la mise en place et la revue des contrôles Compliance
• Revue des directives et proposition d’améliorations
• Veille réglementaire
• Mise en place des contrats de distribution, NDA, banques dépositaires, apporteurs, modèles de contrat de gestion, documentation d’ouverture
• Soutien aux équipes Front et opérationnelles pour la mise en place des procédures et contrôles de 1er niveau
• Building progressive user interactions and create engagement into the company’s applications
• Working closely with product team to efficiently prototype and deploy user experience improvements
• Participating actively in development and design of projects
• Using recent front-end technologies with a focus on React development, advanced CSS implementation and HTML
• Participating in development and design of projects
• Managing the installation and configurating solutions
• Being responsible for the stability, readability, of the codebase and ensure it is free of technical debt
• Providing feedback and suggestions to improve solutions
• Improving browser rendering and performance
• Appreciating handling complex problems and coming up with clean and stable solutions
  
  

The Successful Applicant

• Titulaire d’un Bachelor/Master en droit, formation de juriste ou équivalent
• 7-8 ans d’expérience en Compliance dans une petite banque ou un tiers-gérant
• Expérience en onboarding clientèle privée, analyse des transactions risque accru, revue et gestion des matrices de risques
• Aisance rédactionnelle pour les directives et les procédures
• Expérience dans le mise en oeuvre et revue des contrats
• Français et Anglais courants; Italien et/ou Allemand un plus
  
  

Mandatory

• Well-experienced with the following technologies : Node JS (for Back-end), ReactJS, React Native, HTML5 and CSS 3 (Front-end) and Material UI / Bootstrap (Front-end UI)
• Database: knowledge of SQL/PL-SQL (Postgres, MySql, Oracle,TimeScale, etc...)
• Message-broking : Spring Boot Integration, RabbitMQ
• Architecture: MVC, Micro service, REST Api
• Solid understanding of performance implications and scalability of code
• Expertise in writing good, efficient tests and maintaining test coverage
• Experienced and will to work with teams and in autonomy
• Being passionate for designing and implementing elegant software solutions
• Being very familiar and up to date with tool or library selection in coherence the development ecosystem
• Bachelor’s degree in computer science
• At least 5 years of experience in full-stack development
• Good knowledge of JS ecosystem (tooling, libraries, etc.)
