We are looking for a motivated Compliance Training and Policies Assistant to join our Corporate Compliance Training, Awareness and Policies team at our headquarters in Baar.The main tasks and responsibilities include:
  • Organising in-person training sessions on a local and group level (including booking meeting rooms, coordinating Teams and Webex conferences, arranging attendee lists, suggesting and confirming dates/times with presenters, assigning relevant policy attestations)
  • Taking employee attendance at in-person training sessions and digitally recording attendance in our Learning Management System
  • Organising follow up in-person training sessions and local training escalations
  • Uploading and maintaining compliance policies, standards, procedures and guidelines and other relevant documentation in all languages on Glencore’s intranet
  • Supporting the organisation of events such as the Compliance Summit, Regional Compliance Meeting, Ethics and Compliance Days
  • Coordinating translations of compliance policies, standards, procedures and guidelines as well as trainings.
  • Formatting and branding of compliance training presentations
  • Keeping a record of compliance training, awareness and translation expenses
  • Other ad hoc administrative tasks as required

Qualifications and requirements:
  • 2+ years in an administrative/training organisation/event planning role, or similar
  • Excellent command of MS Office (Excel, PowerPoint, Word, Microsoft Project)
  • Excellent written and oral English (native or minimum C2 level), multilingual is an advantage
  • Holder of a Swiss work permit or CH/EU passport holder
