In this role, you are responsible to provide tailored concierge and hospitality services to our clients. This includes consulting, advising on leisure programs, arranging client requests ranging from the simple to highly complex. Each member of the hospitality team is expected to assist in general operational, reception and administrative support.
This is a full-time position for the Lake Zurich area only. Position is open as per October 1st. We provide training so that you succeed in your work. You will enjoy full employee benefits.
Your Responsibilities
- You are responsible for planning and organizing special requests and activities for clients
- Active researching and staying up to date with the newest and exclusive market offers relevant for our clients
- Ensuring implementation of service and quality policies and practices
- Maintaining budget and tracking expenses/operations
- Storing and organizing records, invoices and other important documentation
- Innovation and flawless client experiences are important to us. You will support planning and coordination of improvement projects and their activities.
- Managing incoming and outgoing correspondence, including emails, mail and packages
- Support sales and marketing activities to ensure high occupancy levels of our Villas
- Help build positive relations within the team and external parties
- Regular working days are Monday-Friday, willingness to work on weekends on a rotational basis
You are/have
- At least 5 years hotel concierge experience in a 5 Star hotel in Zürich or German speaking Switzerland
- Clefs d’Or Concierge certification or membership (current or past)
- Good inter-personal skills as you will work with different teams and individuals
- Good organizational and coordination skills, project management and controlling skills
- Ability to work in an agile way, despite partial/non-finalized information
- Business and financial acumen
- Creativity – contribute to the business growth and innovation
- Excellent language and communications skills (English, German and any other language is of benefit)
- Proficient with common digital work tools (MS Office Package)
- Mobility: A driver’s license is a must, to allow you to travel between our facilities
- Eligible to work in Switzerland (CH-Nationality or EU/EFTA Citizenship)
