Consumer Insights & Transformation Intern
CONTEXT AND MISSION
We are looking for a highly motivated individual to join our agile cross-functional team, working simultaneously on CMI projects as well as supporting the Global Transformation team.
The CMI mission is to drive a consumer-centricity mindset in each of the 5 scrums, whereas the objective of the Transformation Team is to drive business performance due to more productive ways of working and the recruitment and retention of top talent.
The position is based in Plan-Les-Ouates (near Geneva) and reports to the Global CMI Director.
MAIN RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Provide CMI team support on projects and ad-hoc requests : Data pull, community management, research, analysis
- Lead the analysis, reporting and deployment of social listening data on global brand and by category
- Lead the analysis of customer feedback (email) on a quarterly base for FR, US, US
- Lead ad-hoc market research projects end-to-end, from design to activation of learnings:
- Tasks can include, but are not limited to : identify research methodology, develop research lay-out, questionnaire creation, stimuli definition, survey configuration on Qualtrics, managing external research partners, cleaning and analysing quantitative data, summarizing and presenting insights and actionable recommendations to internal stakeholders
- Organize trainings on CMI tools for Newcomers
- Competitive Deep Dive and/or Cross-Intern project
- Provide support to Transformation team on the organisation of collaborative events
- Develop training capsules on Agile frameworks & practices
- Launch, analyse & report feedback from global teams working in Agile
HOW YOU CAN FIT:
- Student in Bachelor or Master’s Degree from University or Business School (internship agreement with school - mandatory)
- A first professional experience is a plus
- Data Analytics experience
- Proactiveness and working autonomously
- Excellent organisation and project management
- Ability to adapt
- Entrepreneurship
- Fluent English and French is a must
Starting Date: January 2023
Duration : 6 months (full-time position)
