Consumer Marketing Manager

Advanced Bionics (AB) is one of the fastest growing segments within the Sonova brand. AB has undergone transformational growth, but the consumer market remains underpenetrated. We are therefore looking for a Consumer Marketing Manager to be responsible for understanding how the customer journey is most effectively and efficiently managed across our I.T. and digital marketing tools. In this role you will manage the CRM and Marketing Cloud requirements for continuous improvement projects that improve the customer experience and drive strategic growth. You will report directly to the Senior Manager of Global Consumer Marketing.

Your tasks

  • Manage the marketing requirements definition for delivery of CRM functionality and automated Cloud marketing campaigns
  • Optimise processes and content to drive conversion of customers across each stage of the journey
  • Manage all facets of the email automation process: from concept to development, testing and email distribution including the coordination of all assets such as content, design, imagery as well as translations in various languages and markets; manage the roll-out of these campaigns within the core markets
  • Apply a strong understanding of testing through Salesforce Marketing Cloud to make sure emails are rendered correctly on all devices and to learn what drives the highest engagement
  • Drive harmonisation of sales & marketing business processes to reduce system complexity
  • Set up the Salesforce performance measurement digital tools to learn and optimise the company’s plans
  • Ensure that stakeholders have visibility on key digital analytics regarding the defined KPI metrics by facilitating reports and dashboards within Salesforce.com

Your profile

  • University degree in Marketing, IT or similar
  • 3+ years of experience in running CRM & digital marketing email campaigns to engage with customers, drive revenue and build brand advocates
  • In-depth experience with Salesforce and Salesforce Marketing Cloud
  • Ability to code emails (HTML, CSS, and mobile responsive email design)
  • Experience in using complex multi-channel marketing platforms and tools
  • Ability to work in a matrix environment and manage global / cross functional project teams of different business units with indirect authority
  • Fluent English language skills both written and spoken; German or another European language would be a nice to have
  • Ability to travel 20%
