As aConsumer & Marketplace Insights Specialist, you will support business to translate market research learnings into insights that deliver an enhanced understanding of market dynamics and consumer evolution. You will use in-depth knowledge of market, category, shopper and customer insight sources providing the business with the insight required to make informed strategic decisions.

A Day in the Life of a Consumer & Marketplace Insights Specialist
- Coordinates and implements with research partners the analysis needed and guarantees the quality of processes and analysis
- Drive excellence in consumer insight to support brand builders in local, category & citizen insights
- Delivers high-impact insight-based inputs and recommendations that drive brand/business strategies to win in the marketplace
- Provide analysis, insights and information which help to understand the cross-category / category dynamics at market level and a 360° on local consumers + shoppers & citizens
- Demonstrate best practices, business excellence & thought leadership on new technologies/approaches
- Responsible for regular updates on categories performance in TOP customers by leveraging syndicated data sources (retail audit, household panels-Nielsen data, 2nd party retailers data, other data sources)
- At least 5 years’ experience in market research at Nestlé or equivalent FMCG and / or Market Research Agency Experience.
- Experience in Nielsen would be a plus
- Strong Analytical skills, ability to work with large amounts of data, analyze relationships and interpret numbers
- Fluent in English, German & French as a plus
