About the Content Project Management (DTE) Internship program
As an intern, you’ll be part of the Commercial Systems Team of Philip Morris’ Swiss affiliate. You will lead business initiatives under the supervision of your manager and contribute to the development of digital and non-digital platforms for our business partners and retailers.

Who we’re looking for
Currently pursuing a Master/Bachelor’s degree in Hospitality, Business Management, or related area.
Excellent communication skills & organization skills.
Curious, team-player and fast learner.
Customer and detailed oriented mind.
Ability to prioritize and multi-tasking.
Good sense of ownership and autonomy.
Proficient in both written and spoken English, French and/or German a plus.

Description
Roles & Objectives

You will work closely with the Digital Trade Engagement Lead and participate to the development of the digital platform in the Swiss Market. In the daily tasks, you will:

Develop cross functional projects to improve the indirect retailers’ platform performance.
Maintain and develop external and internal stakeholders’ relationship.
Strategically plan the calendar for the upcoming two quarters.
Ensure the achievement of the teams’ KPIs.
Analyse the project results’ and present to the key stakeholders.
Gather monthly feedback in the Swiss field.
