Your Next role?


As a Continuous Improvement Production Intern, you will join our Fragrance Compounding Production team in Vernier and you will apply your knowledge and skills acquired from coursework and research to help drive specific continuous improvement projects that will improve Safety or Quality in the production area, or that will improve production efficiency.



In this exciting challenge, your main responsibilities will be the following:

  • Lead specific continuous improvement projects to improve Safety or Quality, or to improve production efficiency. For these projects, you will use specific tools such as 5P Problem solving, 5S, LEAN, 6 Sigma, SMED, DMAIC.
  • Analysis of the situation, implementation of the solutions on the shopfloor, definition of standards and training of the operators
  • Work in collaboraton with different stakeholders (locally and globally): Production Support team, Engineering & Maintenance, EHS, Quality
  • Lead rapid improvement events on the shop floor with the teams for improving production efficiency

Your professional profile includes:


  • Master degree student in Chemical Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, Pharmaceutics or Food or relevant discipline
  • Fluent in French and English
  • Strong analytical skills
  • Ability to collaborate with people from different backgrounds
  • Demonstrated leadership skills (through students associations, sports associations, projects etc)
  • Knowledge in continuous improvement (lean management, 6-sigma)
  • Ability to deliver successful projects
  • Knowledge of Microsoft Word, Outlook, and Excel.
