For our client, we are currently looking for a Contract Negotiation Project Manager to join their team. You will be reporting to the team leader Site Renegotiation.

Mission/Purpose

You present, promote and negotiate contracts using solid arguments to existing and prospective landlords.

The Main Activities Covered By This Functions Are
  • Work at the front lines with landowners.
  • Negotiate the prolongation of existing contracts (towers for mobile communication) within existing, predefined scope and guidelines.
  • The mission is to maintain or reduce rental
  • Consolidate existing contracts in relation to the functional infrastructures of poles and towers (when possible, buy the right to use such land)
Main Functions
  • To manage the renegotiation and extensions of rental contracts for mobile communication towers directly with the landlords
  • Establishing of lease contracts and ensuring valid signatures thereof
  • Direct collaboration with the legal department to reduce the number of litigations
  • Manage rental contract adaptations directly with landlord for any technology upgrades requested by the customer hosted on the infrastructure, in accordance with operations department requests
  • Close collaboration with Operations deployment team
  • Ensure leases are renegotiated within set deadlines to avoid loss of infrastructure, risk assessment and management thereof
  • Complete all related databases
  • Analyse and evaluate eventual proposals coming from subcontractors
  • To cooperate with and support the site administration team if required
  • Achieve agreed upon department targets
Education And Work Experience
  • Experience in real estate management and/or in telecommunication networks is a plus
  • Contract legal knowledge and interest in lease market trends
PROFILE:
  • The candidate is supposed to work widely independent
  • Flexibility to support future projects, if any, within Site Management department
  • Able to decide on lease renewal terms and conditions within guidelines given
  • Team Player

  • Strong communication, negotiation and interpersonal skills
  • Results driven
  • Very good MS Office skills
  • Project Management
  • Fluent German and French speaking person with good comprehension of English spoken and written. Italian is a plus
