Proclinical are recruiting a Contract Specialist for a pharmaceutical corporation. This role is on a contract basis. The client is focused on providing innovative research and remedies in order to hep people’s lives.

Responsibilities:

  • Accountable for affiliating with the PH business partners to initiate and implement consulting agreements effectually and proficiently. Complete agreement requests via the ICD system.
  • You will interface with consultants to acquire necessary information, and oversee aspects connected to procuring information for new vendors, ’new vendor add’.
  • Instigate and accomplish HCC/Totality/Request Navigator appeals and consent and track status of requests.
  • Co-operate when needed with PH TA Assistant group on PO funding, contract renewal dates and support troubleshooting with accounts payable process.
  • You will collaborate and offer guidance when required to PH TA Assistant group with invoicing /payment process and troubleshooting.
  • Guarantee close out of activities when contracts are complete.

Skills & Requirements:

  • At least 5 years of experience operating in either a Pharmaceutical, Biotechnology or Medical Device/Diagnostics industry; or a Clinical Trial External Service Provider (i.e. CRO, Central Laboratory, ECG, IVRS); or a Non-clinical External Service Provider (i.e. Toxicology or Bioanalytical Lab); or an Establishment that partakes in pharmaceutical research is essential for the role.
  • Must be an EU citizen or a Swiss Permit holder.
  • At least 2 years of experience with a sourcing group understanding the contract process, and payment process.
  • Former experience with Ariba and A/P.
  • Capable of dealing with all levels of an organisation and have exceptional communication.
  • Established skills in developing strong business relationships with clients and vendors, handling budgets.
  • Able to operate efficiently independently and within a team setting.
