We are a cashflow positive startup that has been accelerated by Startupbootcamp, Plug and Play and the F10 in and are currently situated in the Generali Innovation Garage in Adliswil, Zurich.

Our current esteemed clients include companies in multiple domain across Europe & UK such as AfterPay, SIX Group, Generali Switzerland, PwC Switzerland, Swica, GoAhead Group, LNER among others with our focus on several languages such as English, German, French, Italian, Portuguese and Dutch.

Tasks

As Conversational Design Expert you will:
  • Evaluate client requirements
  • Create process flows from client briefing
  • Analyse and structure linguistic data
  • Manage and translate content
  • Create AI-knowledge bases for our bots without coding
  • Provide error and solution analyses ensuring that high accuracy is met
  • Communicate progress and challenges to key stakeholders within the company and with external partners
  • Work collaboratively with other data teams to identify and refine key data science problems and challenges
  • Other random stuff that gets thrown at you in real start-up-manner.
Requirements
  • Native language skills in German (preferably Swiss-German) and proficiency in English. Any other European language is a plus
  • Strong analytical abilities with excellent written and verbal communication
  • Attention to detail in terms of grammar, linguistics and ensuring good data quality
  • Personable with internal and external stakeholders alike
  • Curiosity and ability to learn about and work with new topics
