Spacewise is a fast-growing, Zurich-based Proptech startup active Europe, the UK and the US that offers an end-to-end solution covering all aspects of the leasing process - tools to optimize revenue & occupancy and attract exciting new tenants.

We offer landlords user-friendly tools for easy management of retail and promotional spaces and we enable brands of any size to easily and quickly search, evaluate and book spaces - as simple as booking a hotel room. Among others, the following companies use our solutions: Migros, Coop, SBB, Swiss Post, Wincasa or SPG Intercity.

At Spacewise we believe that there is the right space for every idea and enable brands to implement pop-ups nationally as well as internationally with our platform.

Tasks
  • Oversee daily operations of the company including Product Management and Development, Platform Operations, HR, Finance
  • Designing and implementing product management and business operations
  • Establishing policies that promote company culture and vision
  • Lead employees to encourage maximum performance and dedication
  • Evaluate performance by analyzing and interpreting data and metrics
  • Write and submit reports to the CEO in all matters of importance
  • Assist CEO in fundraising
  • Participate in expansion activities (investments, acquisitions, corporate alliances etc.)
  • Help manage relationships with partners/vendors
Requirements
  • You are looking to make a big impact in a fast-paced environment and to learn about new tools and topics.
  • You have strong growth mindset: Entrepreneurship, Ownership, Urgency, Empathy, Detail-oriented, Structured, Hands-on
  • You are a self-starter and overachiever with an excellent degree in socials sciences, business or engineering
  • At least 5 yrs of work experience in a software business, with a least 2 yrs product management experience and at least 2 yrs experience working in a startup
  • You have technical understanding related to SaaS- and Platform businesses
  • You have excellent communication skills, perfect English command is a must, German a big plus, French definitely an advantage
  • You don’t shy away from administrative tasks
  • Additional experience in Real Estate, Retail, Hospitality or other experience-oriented is a plus
