  • Ihre Aufgaben
  • Operationelle Abwicklung der Sendungen von nationalen und internationalen Kunsttransporten
  • Lösungsorientierte Beratung von nationalen und internationalen Kunden
  • Allgemeine administrative Tätigkeiten
  • Kommunikation mit globalem Netzwerk
  • Sicherstellen der termingerechten Fakturierung und Kontrolle der Rechnungen
  • Laufende Verbesserung und Optimierung der Auftragsabwicklung
  • Ihr Profil
  • Kaufm. Grundausbildung (von Vorteil in der Spedition)
  • Bereits einige Jahre Berufserfahrung
  • Deutsche Sprachkenntnisse vorausgesetzt
  • Gute Englischkenntnisse, jede weitere Fremdsprache von Vorteil
  • Fähigkeit, auch in Stresssituationen einen kühlen Kopf zu bewahren
  • Einwandfreie Umgangsformen
  • Diskret, verantwortungsbewusst und effiziente Arbeitseinstellung
  • Offen und aufgeschlossene Person
  • Interesse an Kunst
  • Einwandfreier Leumund
