At a Glance:

This position sits within our global team, which is based in Switzerland. However, the role may be performed from any of our offices worldwide: Zürich, Berlin, Portland, Yokohama, Vancouver, Melbourne, São Paulo, or Shanghai.

We’re looking for a hungry conceptual creative copywriter with a portfolio brimming with fresh (and even awarded) campaign ideas and with experience in all media. You’ll team up with brilliant art directors, and also have projects to work on independently, in a growing brand in a category that we have the opportunity to define. You will help us continue to grow our reputation for producing brave creative work in all disciplines that helps our business thrive and win major creative awards.

Your Mission:
  • Crafting powerful taglines and positioning statements for products and campaigns.
  • Interviewing athletes, ambassadors and experts for long-form articles.
  • Working with the research and development teams, use storytelling to explain the technical details of our Swiss-engineered products to On fans.
  • Working with freelance writers and translators to bring the On story to a global audience.
  • Originate big campaign ideas and create original copy for projects in an array of sectors.
  • Develop creative work that brings strategy to life across all channels.
  • Incessantly deliver original/inventive concepts and distinctive tones of voice for your projects.
Your Story:
  • Native speaker of English, French, German, Italian, Japanese, Portuguese, or Spanish.
  • A passion for writing, dedication to detail, and experience working with SEO principles.
  • Imagination and creativity, able to question and expand on an initial brief - track record of creative projects.
  • A passion for all things sports and active living that’s matched only by your love of writing.
  • Demonstrated ability to articulately explain and constructively defend an idea to internal clients.
  • Experience producing creative campaigns that really stand out and make a difference (end-to-end project management).
  • You’re an ambitious Creative, with a cracking portfolio and a creative agency background.
