Position Summary

As an Internal Corporate Communications Intern, you will be supporting the Nespresso Internal Corporate Communications Manager assisting in daily activities to include, but not limited to: support with the launch of the new intranet site; coordinating and organizing calendars (editorial and events); assist with the creation of digital and physical events; help to promote and co-manage the Workplace community; and be responsible for updating and maintaining tools that support communication activities, including calendars and SharePoint.

A day in the life of Corporate Communications Intern
  • Work with the Internal Communications Manager to prepare assets to support delivery of strategic internal communications – including newsletters, presentations, videos, infographics and podcasts
  • Lead the roll out of the Nespresso employee advocacy app #WeAreNespresso
  • Support the preparation of internal events (agenda creation, logistics, content)
  • Disseminate internal communications assets to markets (to include updating the relevant SharePoint sites)
  • Support with the launch of the new Nespresso intranet site
  • Prepare and upload material to the TV screens in Horizon/The N
  • Gather and share reports from NGBS (Power-BI dashboard KPIs, etc.)
What Will Make You Successful
  • Degree level or equivalent in Communication, Public Relations, International Affairs, Business Administration or related fields
  • Digital savvy with a great understanding of social media platforms and engagement dynamics
  • Strong writing and oral communication skills
  • Motivated, curious, autonomous and result-oriented
  • Proactive nature, with an interest to learn about the Nespresso brand and build relationships
  • Fluent in English, French or any other language is a plus
