Corporate Controller

We are looking for a team-oriented Corporate Controller with a strong can-do attitude, who is willing to take ownership while growing and move to the next step in their career by joining a leading provider of hearing care solutions. If you are energetic to keep pace with a dynamic and complex workplace, curious and ready to add value and challenge the way things are done you will master this role.

Your tasks

  • Support of GC’s in all regards of financial reporting (technical support Cognos Controller, TM1, accounting advise, etc.)
  • Ownership of IFRS 16, Leasing
  • Further development of our IFRS 16 tool (Planon)
  • Further development of Group wide accounting manual
  • Assessment and writing of accounting memorandums on accounting questions (IFRS, local GAAP)
  • Various ad-hoc projects (e.g. PPA, integration of acquired companies, due diligence support, etc.)

Your profile

  • University/college degree in Business Studies/Administration/Management, Finance/Accounting or equivalent
  • 3 - 5 years of experience in an international environment (or audit background)
  • Experience with consolidation and accounting systems
  • Strong IFRS knowledge
  • Excellent knowledge of Microsoft Office applications (Excel, PowerPoint)
  • Outstanding analytical and conceptual thinker, goal-oriented, with a self-dependent mode of operation
  • Fluent in English (spoken and written), other languages (e.g. German) would be a plus
