Corporate Distribution Analyst
The Corporate Distribution Analyst maintains and optimises the global distribution landscape and supports the growth of online revenue contribution to hotels in order to increase Kempinski’s digital market reach.
General
- Maintains the Kempinski distribution landscape to deliver an efficient and revenue-
- Develops and maintains strong relationships with all relevant strategic partners of
requirements, and all related project items.
- Uncovers business opportunities linked to functionalities (new and existing) within the
- Supports the testing and implementation of new chain-wide distribution channels and
- Provides technical support with the roll-out of strategic global agreements with
- Supports in safeguarding the brand strategy in terms of rate structure, data standards
- Audits the configuration of relevant distributions systems and data standards to
- Creates, maintains and reviews policies and procedures for central and property-
- Assists in the activation of new hotels in the Kempinski Central Reservations System
- Supports the creation and termination of properties on all relevant third-party
- Ensures hotel configuration changes in the Central Reservations System are
to all stakeholders.
Support
- Maintains the Kempinski Central Reservations System helpdesk in accordance with
- Facilitates the mapping process to third-party platforms through efficient collaboration
- Designs new, innovative processes that help optimize processes across the global
Miscellaneous Tasks
- Handles and administrates any additional, reasonable requests as required.
- Passionate about technology and innovation.
- Min. 2 years of work experience in hospitality in the fields of reservations, revenue
- Ability to work and communicate in a multinational environment with excellent English
- Proven working knowledge of Microsoft Excel.
- Problem-solving and result-oriented
- General understanding of hotel central reservations systems - knowledge of Sabre
- General understanding of the digital landscape, including channel managers, GDS
- Eligibility to apply for a work permit in Switzerland.
