The Corporate Embedded Engineer ensures that the assigned strategic account gets the full value and benefit from Endress+Hauser portfolio, tools and technologies. The position is part of the Global Strategic Business organization based in Switzerland and will work alongside the Strategic Account Manager.

Together with the Strategic Account Manager, the Corporate Embedded Engineer develops, maintains and expands the existing long-term strategic partnership. The main goal is high customer satisfaction and loyalty to become the trusted partner. The candidate will be an integral part of the customers Corporate Operations Technologies and Manufacturing Excellence Team.

Aligned with the agreed strategic directions, the Corporate Embedded Engineer will take the lead on strategic instrumentation initiatives with the customer, supported by the customer’s management and the Strategic Account Manager.

The Corporate Embedded Engineer will work remotely and is required to be regularly present onsite our strategic account’s offices in Switzerland.

Role + Responsibilities
  • Develop and carry out initiatives with the strategic account to unlock untapped values for their technical processes
  • Be a technical consultant on Endress+Hauser products, services, and solutions at the customer’s corporate level through to factory level utilizing cross-functional teams of subject matter experts
  • Working alongside the Strategic Account Manager to ensure alignment with the efforts to maximize retention, adoption and customer satisfaction within complex global initiatives
  • Support in the development and maintenance of the customers instrumentation and calibration related standards and guidelines
  • Support and drive the Digital Strategy in alignment with Endress+Hauser’s strategy

Qualifications + Profile
  • Minimum 5-10 years work experience in related field preferably directly involved in process instrumentation
  • Strong knowledge of F&B industry processes
  • Ability to work and think independently with a high level of personal initiative and proactivity
  • Excellent communication skills, fluent in written and spoken English (French and German language skills will be of benefit)
  • Willingness to travel internationally
