Are you interested in development, introduction and further development of strategic and operational controlling? To complete our team in the business area Manufacturing and Logistics, we are looking for you, an expert in factory controlling. Tasks

  • Development, introduction and further development of strategic and operative controlling processes and tools for permanent improvement of the support of the management and the worldwide production network
  • Supervision of the budget process from top down budget to product calculation and costing
  • Creation and verification of the monthly rolling forecast and definition of measures to control the operative result
  • Creation, analysis and verification of the various daily to annual global factory reports
  • Participation in the monthly and yearly closings
  • Implementation, collaboration and support in operational and strategic projects of various sizes
  • Ensure that the efficiency measures have an impact on results
  • Close internal cooperation with Corporate Accounting & Controlling as well as with the Business-Controlling
  • Contact and support for the worldwide plants on controlling topics
  • Interface to the local CFO and Corporate Factory Controlling in Switzerland

  • Required Qualifications

  • Very good written and spoken German & English skills (another foreign language is an advantage)
  • Knows the group-wide business processes and administrative procedures
  • Business administration education (HWV, university etc.). Focus on controlling
  • Mobility & Readiness to travel (20-30%)
  • Strategic and operational controlling skills
  • Plan and lead strategic and operational projects flawlessly and seamlessly
  • Passion! High level of enthusiasm!
  • Strong personality with high persuasive power, strong assertiveness and the necessary perseverance
  • Ability to look at situations neutrally from different perspectives and to switch easily between the different levels
  • High level of commitment, resilience and flexibility
