Corporate Tax Manager

About the Role

The Group is in an extremely exciting and challenging phase. The organizational structure is being strengthened by various new established functions at the headquarters. This also means for the newly created position of Corporate Tax Manager the establishment of a global system with all the associated tools.

The Mission

Transforming the corporate tax function into a state-of-the-art business partnering role. Assessing and simulating changes in the global taxation rules to enable senior management to digest global tax risks. Creating and maintaining a global tax risk radar, allows strengthening the tax position against local tax authorities and to become a proactive and competent partner for tax matters globally. Leading and coordinating efforts related to any local tax audits. You will report to the corporate accounting officer.

About you

To succeed in this mission, you will need a professional background in corporate tax and preferably experience in setting up or managing such a structure. As a person you convince with your energetic, pro-active, team-oriented and ambitious approach. You are motivated to communicate with a wide variety of people from all continents and to inspire and convince them of your ideas. The people-oriented corporate culture is based on consensus-oriented cooperation.

In addition to your excellent English skills, you can also use additional languages such as French, German or others on a regular basis in contact with the subsidiaries located worldwide. You also have excellent analytical and conceptual skills, are straightforward and willing to work hands-on to drive this challenge forward.
