yamostars work hard to create the healthiest & most delicious food for kids of all ages! Besides our own platform, we also partner with large-scale retail partners such as Carrefour, Coop, Edeka, dm, and Rewe. Our team is the secret to our success!

As Country Manager for Iberics, you will be a key part of the company’s growth strategy in those markets and will be responsible for working with internal and external stakeholders to help grow yamo quickly and effectively.
Tasks
How You Can Contribute To Yamo
- You will develop the go-to-market strategy for yamo’s launch in new retailers in Spain and Portugal
- You will lead the D2C launch in Spain
- You will be in charge of a wide range of tasks to ensure all 360º aspects of the business are drawn smoothly, from communication to supply chain
- You will have overall responsibility for all sales in Spain and Portugal and work closely with our local distributors for the retail business
- You will expand our #1 position and establish yamo in all relevant channels to reach our target group
- You continue to build our network of opinion makers and other brands and help to carry our mission into the world
What sets you up for success
- You have fascination for food, startups and bold brands
- You are thinking and acting entrepreneurial
- You are analytical and have a strong business acumen
- You are a self-starter and do not shy away from being a pioneer
- You have minimum 2-3 years of experience in consulting, business development, marketing or other related areas
- Bachelor’s or Master’s in business administration, economics, marketing or similar
- You love challenges and always remain solution-oriented and positive even when faced with unplanned hurdles and setbacks
- Your mother tongue is Spanish and you have a very good command of English, Portuguese is a plus
- You are ready and willing to travel
- You want to make the world a better place and change the diet of an entire generation.
