Your field of responsibility


We offer an exciting and challenging role as a Compliance Officer supporting the International Wealth Management (IWM) covering the area of Shared Relationships (SR) within Credit Suisse. In this role you serves as the contact person in relation to the global SR Policy & Procedure and you are maintaining the corresponding SR Frameworks and relevant Compliance documentation. Also you will be the entry point, solution provider and triage for all SR stakeholders incl. supporting SR Coordinator Community in managing SR framework documentation and work very closely with SR Business Center of Competence in order to coordinate an aligned communication with First Line of Defense and Front Units top-down and bottom-up. You will perform supervising activities to ensure adherence to legal and regulatory requirements as well as internal policies and procedures identifying regulatory or reputational risks as well as fostering a risk awareness and compliance culture with the front organizations.

You will be part of the IWM Coverage Compliance Europe team which supports the IWM front organization in all Compliance relevant matters. Your skills and experience
  • A completed university degree in Business Administration or equivalent
  • At least 3 years of experience in a similar function, preferably in Project/Business Management or Compliance. Additional experience in the banking or financial sector is a plus
  • Excellent oral and written communication skills in English are required, any additional language would be an advantage
  • You combine conceptional and organizational skills of multiple projects in the same time frame and on achieving the pre-established objectives within the deadlines
  • Your strong interpersonal skills enable you to interact and present to senior management as well as to quickly gain trust and build up solid working relationships
  • You are a dedicated problem solver who loves to balance multiple challenging priorities and assignments
  • You are experienced with databases and have very good knowledge of Microsoft Office tools
