You will be part of Geneva Credit Platform Services and its Covenant & Reporting Team in Private Banking Operations. You will be working closely with the multiple stakeholders such as Lending Solutions, Underwriting, Security Based Lending Team and Credit Risk Executives. The main focus of the Covenant & Reporting Team is to setup and monitor covenants and other client specific conditions, timely escalate any covenant breaches in line with the internal credit procedures and policies, perform regular, ad-hoc and regulatory reporting tasks, keeping first class client service in mind .

Job responsibilities


  • Review of Credit Facility Agreements to identify covenants
  • Setup and monitoring of covenant compliance and other client specific conditions
  • Escalation to relevant parties of covenant breaches
  • Creation of customized offline credit monitoring for non-standard deals
  • Ensure controls and procedures are solid and properly followed
  • Keep all procedures current and up to date
  • Build and maintain partnership with our peers and stakeholders
  • Produce regular, ad-hoc and regulatory reporting from Credit perspective including creation of decks for Senior Management committees

Required qualifications, capabilities, and skills
  • Up to 3 years relevant experience
  • Languages: full working proficiency in English
  • General understanding of the private banking business and credit products
  • Aptitude and interest to work with data, to digest large amounts of information and use it to develop innovative solutions
  • Proficiency in Excel and experience with coding and/or tools such as Python, Alteryx, Tableau, Xceptor or VBA
  • Possess strong attention to detail and problem-solving skills
  • Excellent interpersonal skills with an ability to communicate efficiently also in a virtual team environment
  • Good judgment and discretion working with highly confidential information
